In our new home I have 3 balconies. One is in my bedroom. Its a cozy balcony with the morning sun and the evening wind in it. I will grow thyme, lavander and rosemary. I bought a big green tank for them and also put some colorfull violets in it. Lavander, thyme and rosemary can grow in winter. Cold weather doesn't effect them.
So excited...Everyday I look at my little garden and tell myself how a great thing I did. Now I pick up my own spices form my little garden and put them in my food. I steep my own thyme tea.
I always admire Jamie Oliver with his huge garden picking up great vegetables, spices, fruits...Making great pizzas at his big oven at his garden. Maybe one day my little garden gets as big as Jamie's:) Who knows:)
