Winter Shopping for kitchen

I enjoy trying different soups in winter. I love to have the soup looking out of the window, watching the rain. And its more delicious with toasted breads.

My soups are spicy. Ginger that protects from flu, mint and thyme helpfull for digestion, vitamin C holder lemon and of course my favorite coriander...


For a delicious soup; spices and the vegetables must be fresh. 


As it rains outside let me give you a winter soup receipe.

Prepare a chicken broth before and cut the chicken into little pieces. Keep the chicken broth.

Add the chicken broth into 1 litre of boiling water.  Chop into bits 1 onion , 1 garlic, 1 zucchini, 2 potatoes, some spinach, celery, carrot and let them boil together. Then add parsley and dill. Also add salt & pepper, coriander, ginger, mint and thyme. Put the chicken you have chopped before and let them boil together. Prepare a sauce with mixed with lemon and whole eggs and put this sauce into boiling soup.  Cook for extra 2-3 minutes and your soup is ready.
